We are thrilled to announce our exciting project C D P HOMES, a brand-new Nursing Home and Palliative Care Facility! Here, we will provide round-the-clock support for individuals facing serious illnesses, guiding them from early diagnosis all the way to end of life care. Renovations are already underway at 401 3 Ave NE in Slave Lake. We look forward getting the Town Council approval. Our mission is to create a warm and inviting space where everyone can experience compassionate care, comfort, and dignity during life’s most challenging moments.
